Grantchester Parish Church is a friendly, traditional and welcoming church in a rural setting on the edge of a phenomenal city
Worship with us
There is normally an 11.15am service each Sunday at Grantchester Church. However, due to ongoing cases of Covid-19, things sometimes change at the last minute and we are trying to continue with a mixture of services in church and services online. More details are available on our Prayer and Worship page.
A Covid-safe community
Although the wearing of face coverings in church is no longer mandatory, continuing to use them enables those who are vulnerable to feel safer, so we would ask that you continue to wear a mask inside the church building.

The oldest part of the church – the chancel – dates from the 14th century, the nave and tower are 15th century, whilst the south aisle was added in the 1870s. The font is believed to be Norman, and the 17th century pulpit probably came from the chapel of Corpus Christi College.
